We’re beyond excited to introduce Cream & Sugar Hawai'i to the world, and to share with you what makes our bakery a special place where every bite feels like home. From the heart of Hawai'i, we bring you freshly baked cookies, sweetbreads, loaf cakes, butter mochi, chi chi dango, and more—all made with care, passion, and the spirit of aloha.

At Cream & Sugar Hawai'i, we’re more than just a bakery—we’re a family. Our journey began with a love for baking that was passed down through generations, and we’ve carried that tradition forward with each delicious batch we create. As a local wholesale bakery, we’ve built our business on a foundation of quality and community. We specialize in crafting treats that are not only satisfying but also made with local ingredients whenever possible. Each of our items, from cookies to sweetbreads, is baked with care and designed to bring a little joy into your life. But we’re not just about selling sweets—we also love getting out there and sharing our creations with you at local events and farmers' markets. Cookies
Let’s start with our cookies—they’re a local favorite, and we’re so proud of how they’ve become a go-to treat for many. Our cookies are crunchy, with the perfect balance of texture and flavor. Whether you're enjoying a classic chocolate chip, butter mac nut, or a snowball cookie, our cookies are made with high-quality ingredients. Even better, they have a long shelf life without the use of any preservatives. That means you can enjoy them for days (or even weeks) after they’ve been baked. They're perfect for retail, cafes, or any business that needs a tasty treat to keep customers coming back for more.
Breads
Next up, our breads—the perfect combination of soft, fluffy, and subtly sweet. We have different types of bread, each in different shapes and textures. From our classic sweet rolls that come in multiple different flavors, to our ‘okole bread, to our brand new waiū (milk) bread, we take pride in baking these treats from scratch, using time-tested recipes that keep our customers coming back for more. They’re great for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack any time of day. And trust us, nothing compares to a warm and fluffy piece of bread to pair with your favorite meal!
Butter Mochi
Of course, we couldn’t forget our beloved butter mochi! This Hawai’i favorite is rich and buttery, with a chewy texture that’s hard to beat. We bake it to perfection so every bite gives you that melt-in-your-mouth goodness. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and soft, not to dense and has the right amount of fluffiness and chewiness! We use only 100% real butter and vanilla, so you DEFINITELY cannot go wrong with that. We also have many different flavor variants; original, ube, coconut, peanut butter, nutella, and cookie butter! Loaf Cakes
We also make a variety of loaf cakes, including flavors like banana, banana mac nut, blueberry, and vanilla. Our loaf cakes are moist, flavorful, and perfect for slicing and sharing. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack to share or looking for a gift for someone special, our loaf cakes are the way to go. Made with love, they’re as much about the experience as they are about the flavor.
Chi Chi Dango
Another treat we’re really excited about is our chi chi dango. A nostalgic local favorite, chi chi dango is a chewy, sweet rice flour dessert that has just the right amount of sweetness. Our version is made with high-quality ingredients that keep it soft and perfectly chewy. Besides Chi Chi Dango, we also have mochi flavors in Taro, Coconut, Banana, Cotton Candy and Mochi Roll!
